- Check-in: Rooms are available for check-in after approx. 2:00pm! If you expect to arrive after 6:00pm, please let us know in advance!
- Check-out: We ask that you vacate your room on departure day by no later than 10:00am.
- Deposits/Electronic Funds Transfers: Bank Name: Raiffeisenkasse Neukirchen; Acct. No. 10223; Branch No.: 35042; IBAN AT79 3504 2000 0001 0223; Swift Code: RVSAAT2S042. Your reservation becomes guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit of euro 300,00 per room.
- Bathrobes: Flat rate per week of euro 11.00
- Dogs: We love dogs, just as long as they are “hotel trained”. Daily rate for dogs is euro 12.00 (food not included).
- Packages: May only be booked in advance and exclusively on the dates listed. Guests will not be reimbursed for any services they choose not to take advantage of.
- Price List: This list supercedes all previous editions! All prices, specials and other information are non-binding, with no legal recourse available.
- Cancellation: Sounds annoying and it is! It is a shame for everyone when rooms are left vacant, especially when others would gladly have stayed there. Please let us know well in advance. We make every effort to be understanding. In the event of short-notice cancellation, delayed arrival and premature departure, we charge 70% of the half-board rate. Seat of jurisdiction is: A-5700 Zell am See. Austrian Federal Hotel Guidelines (dating from 23.09.81) apply in all instances.
- Method of Payment: Cash; eurocheque card; electronic funds transfer prior to arrival (overseas transfers now involve much lower fees than before!). Checks are unfortunately no longer accepted. Please note that we do not accept credit cards!
- Rooms: All rooms and studios are equipped with bath/shower/WC, balcony, cable TV, safe, telephone and hairdryer.
