Close to the Hotel Gassner in Neukirchen you will find our quietly situated, rustic and cosy farmhouse “Kühnreit”. It offers space for 12 people in a wonderful location and with a great view over Neukirchen and the hiking region.. Equipped with a spacious kitchen, a farmhouse parlour with tiled stove, cable TV, 4 bedrooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets, it offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The small “bath house” with integrated infrared cabin is another highlight. The Kühnreit toboggan run is right next door is easy to reach in winter. In summer, you can barbecue directly in front of the house. You should also visit our organic farm, chickens and sheep, right next to the farmhouse.

The use of our Crystal – and GardenSPA’s with 1200m² (indoor pool, natural pool, 6 saunas, relaxation room,…) is possible at a special price of € 15,- per person per use (during hotel opening hours).

What else you need to know

Arrival: the rooms are ready for check-in from approx. 3:00 p.m.! If you arrive later than 6:00 pm, please let us know!
Departure: on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out of the rooms up to 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Bathrobes: free rental at the reception for adults and children
Dog: daily rate of € 15,-. Prior booking is absolutely necessary, as there are also “dog-free” rooms.
Deposit: In order to fix your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit to our bank account:
- Hotel Gassner GmbH & Co KG at Raiffeisenbank Oberpinzgau eGen,
- IBAN AT33 3503 9000 4201 0223, Swift Code RVSAAT2S039.
- Please indicate your name, address and travel time with the deposit. Thank you!
Packages: are only bookable on the dates indicated and only in advance. Services not used will not be refunded.
Pricelist: All previous price lists are hereby rendered invalid! All prices, special offers and information are non-binding, no legal claims can be derived from them.
Cancellation: It is a pity for everyone if rooms remain free although others would have liked to come. Inform us in time. We try to be tolerant. The place of jurisdiction is A-5700 Zell am See. The Austrian Hotel Contract and Cancellation Regulations AGBHs 2006 §5 apply. Link
Travel cancellation insurance: Should something unforeseen happen that prevents you from taking your holiday as planned, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Please also feel free to inquire about insurance cover and COVID-19.
Payment method: Cash; Eurocheque card (Maestro); Mastercard, Visa, transfer to our bank account before the start of your holiday is possible. Please note that we do not accept BUSINESS credit cards.
