served 5-course evening menu: typically austrian but still international. Daily salad and ice cream from the buffet. Variety at the gala dinner, farmer’s buffet, barbecue evening.

- Use of mountain railways (Wildkogelbahnen, Dorfbahn Königsleiten, Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen, Weißsee Gletscherwelt Uttendorf), museums, swimming pools, Krimml waterfalls, wildlife park, …).
- Additionally you can use this card for free travel on train/bus, hiking taxis, drive once on the Großglockner High Alpine Road and once on the Gerlos Alpine Road.
- The included services of the Summercard as well as the mountain railways may be usable with restrictions at the beginning and end of the season.

Special reduction for members of OeAV and DAV!

Members of the Austrian (OeAV) or German Alpine Association (DAV) receive a 10% reduction on the normal room rate incl. breakfast upon presentation of a valid membership certificate. Valid from 3 nights in summer. (not available for special offers – prior registration required)

What else you need to know

Arrival: the rooms are ready for check-in from approx. 3:00 p.m., if you arrive later than 6:00 pm, please let us know!
Departure: on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out of the rooms up to 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Bathrobes: free rental at the reception for adults and children
Dog: daily rate of € 20,-. Prior booking is absolutely necessary, as there are also “dog-free” rooms. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the Gassner Tree House.
Deposit: In order to fix your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit to our bank account:
- Hotel Gassner GmbH & Co KG at Raiffeisenbank Oberpinzgau eGen,
- IBAN AT33 3503 9000 4201 0223, Swift Code RVSAAT2S039.
- Please indicate your name, address and travel time with the deposit. Thank you!
Packages: are only bookable on the dates indicated and only in advance. Services not used will not be refunded.
Pricelist: All previous price lists are hereby rendered invalid! All prices, special offers and information are non-binding, no legal claims can be derived from them.
Cancellation: It is a pity for everyone if rooms remain free although others would have liked to come. Inform us in time. We try to be tolerant. The place of jurisdiction is A-5700 Zell am See. The Austrian Hotel Contract and Cancellation Regulations AGBHs 2006 §5 apply. Link
Travel cancellation insurance: Should something unforeseen happen that prevents you from taking your holiday as planned, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment method: Cash; Eurocheque card (Maestro); Mastercard, Visa, transfer to our bank account before the start of your holiday is possible. Please note that we do not accept BUSINESS credit cards.
Room request: We are happy to accept your room requests, but we cannot guarantee fixed room numbers.
