One of our secrets is that we rely on local products that do not end up in our house through many detours. We want to offer our guests a genuine taste with high quality ingredients. Another secret is that we prefer products from our own farm. We also have our own hunting area nearby. The herbs from our organic herb garden give our culinary the final kick.

In summer we recommend our Gassner culinary with breakfast buffet, a daily hiking snack or a lunch snack and the daily 5-course gourmetmenu in the evening from 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. with non-alcoholic beverages from the juice bar as well as coffee specialties from Dallmayr and tea.

In winter you can enjoy our half board – a rich breakfast buffet, daily fresh salads from the buffet and of course the daily 5-course gourmet menu in the evening with 3 choices and own children’s menus.
