Get to know the Pinzgau off the slopes and après-ski at its very own pace. Many winter hiking trails are waiting to be explored by you too. Leave your ski pass at home and hike on your own paths. Arrive where we also like to be – this is winter happiness on holiday for us.

Numerous hiking trails await you in the Wildkogel Arena or in the Hohe Tauern National Park, dare to explore Austria’s untouched nature. Get the most out of hiking or take it easy – just as it feels best for you.

You don’t need much equipment for winter and snowshoe hiking, winter clothing, mountain boots or sturdy shoes are enough. We are happy to provide you with snowshoes free of charge at our hotel. And if you need a break after an enjoyable route, simply stop for a break in one of the typical Pinzgau huts. Whether you are travelling alone, as a couple or in a group – there are numerous suitable winter hikes for you around our hotel.

As a hiking hotel, we are also at home outside in winter. Just join our expert hiking guide Monika. We are “at home outside” from Monday to Friday and offer guided winter hikes or tours with snowshoes 5 times a week. Hike together with her and discover the most beautiful places in the region.
