Homemade products – from our herb garden to our own hunting grounds – bring authentic regional flavours to the table. Our water sources, heating, electricity supply (including photovoltaics) and waste separation are as resource-efficient as possible.

You can also make a contribution: opt out of room cleaning and we will plant a tree for tomorrow in return. A small sacrifice that makes a big difference. With the National Park Summer Card, you can also get around gently – simply leave your car behind and discover the region in an environmentally friendly way. It couldn't be more relaxing.
