In our adults-only sauna world (16+) within the 1,200 m² Crystal & GardenSPA, countless favorite spots await you daily from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm – or from 12:00 pm on bad-weather days:

Families will also find their place in the indoor pool: a textile dress-on sauna, a dedicated relaxation room, and cozy loungers invite you to wind down together. Our indoor pool is open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Right after the sauna, you decide how to refresh: with a cold shower or a plunge into the natural pool, with sparkling ice crystals from the ice fountain, or – for the truly brave in winter – with mindful ice bathing in the natural pond.
Afterwards, pick a cozy spot in the relaxation room, let your body unwind, and nestle in with a cup of tea and some nuts. Stay as long as you like, switch to the next sauna, or enjoy the weightless feeling in the indoor pool.
