Our prices are starting rates and include all listed inclusive services. Child discounts are available depending on age when staying in their parents’ room and include age-appropriate cuisine.

Discounts

• €10 per person and night for bed & breakfast only (no dinner)

Surcharges

• New Year’s Eve surcharge: €50 per adult
• Dogs: €25 per night in selected rooms (only with prior request)

The local tax of €3.00 and mobility contribution of €0.50 per person and day (for guests aged 15 and over) are not included in the price. For more details, feel free to request a personalized offer. Your four-legged friend is very welcome here! Please let us know in advance so we can reserve a suitable room for you. The fee is €25 per night. Dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the treehouse, as there is a wildlife feeding area directly below.

To make sure your dog feels at home, we’ll provide a cozy dog mat, towels, and a food bowl in your room. Your furry companion is welcome to join you in the winter garden, the Stüberl, and at the hotel bar – however, the dining room and spa area are dog-free zones. We kindly ask you to keep your dog off the bed and sofa, so that the linens remain pleasantly hair-free for all guests.

Right behind the hotel, the forest invites you and your dog for relaxing walks. Free dog waste bags are available at the reception and on the path to the Hubertus Chapel. If you’d like to take your dog on the cable car, tickets are available at the ticket office for €5. For daily room cleaning between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., please let us know what time works best for you.

As a member of the Austrian Alpine Club (ÖAV), you not only enjoy the beautiful mountain world but also get a real benefit: For stays of three nights or more in summer, you receive a 10% discount on the room rate including breakfast. Please let us know when making your inquiry, so we can tailor an offer at the special rate. Note: This discount cannot be combined with other offers.

Cancellation
It’s always a pity when plans change. If you are unable to start your holiday as planned, please let us know in good time. We always try to be flexible and are happy to reschedule your stay free of charge to an alternative date. For full cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006 §5) apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am See.

We are happy to consider your preferences, but specific room numbers cannot always be guaranteed.

Arrival & departure
Your room will be ready for you from around 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.

With the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transport free of charge throughout the Salzburg region for the entire duration of your stay. You’ll receive the ticket upon check-in.
