Cancellation
It’s always a pity when plans change. If you are unable to start your holiday as planned, please let us know in good time. We always try to be flexible and are happy to reschedule your stay free of charge to an alternative date. For full cancellations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006 §5) apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am See.

A bank transfer before arrival is also possible.

We are happy to consider your preferences, but specific room numbers cannot always be guaranteed.
Arrival & departure
Your room will be ready for you from around 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please let us know in advance.
On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.

Cozy bathrobes are available at reception free of charge – in your preferred size.
Guest Mobility Ticket
With the Guest Mobility Ticket, you can use all public transport free of charge throughout the Salzburg region for the entire duration of your stay. You’ll receive the ticket upon check-in.
